Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

Blend all together in a food processor and enjoy as a dip with vegetable sticks or seed crackers.

Stores well in the fridge for one week.
