Ingredients

  • 1kg ground chicken 1 egg (whisked)
  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp dried Basil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp pepper Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  • Prepare two loaf pans.
  • In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix. Combine well using your fingers.
  • When the ingredients are all mixed evenly, place the mixture into the pans.
  • Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes until the top starts to brown.
  • Garnish with more basil.
