Ingredients

  • 2 x 8 ounce cans tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • ¾ cup crisp apple, cored and chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • Pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate to chill before serving with a green salad.

Notes

For more crunchiness, add celery in this salad.
