Ingredients

  • 2 pounds or 1 kg beef marrow bones
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 230°C/450°F.
  • Spread out the bone marrows in a roasting pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes. You will know it's cooked once the color turns golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy!
